The Law Offices will incorporate new businesses and form other types of business entities such as Limited Liability Companies, Partnerships, and Limited Liability Partnerships.

Contract Formation and Review

Even the friendliest business relationship can run into problems. Many of these problems can be resolved when they first arise if the parties have taken the time to put the terms of their relationship in writing. The Law Offices will become involved at the formative stages to write contracts or review contracts prior to execution.

General Business Litigation

The Law Offices handles all types of business litigation including all forms of breach of contract actions.

Mediation Services

Paul A. Moses is one of the original members of the Federal Bankruptcy Court Mediation Program for the Central District of California and has received numerous awards from the Federal Court. Mediations can be conducted concerning any area of the law.

Rates

Bankruptcy matters are generally handled on a fixed fee basis following an initial review of the case. Most other matters are billed at an hourly fixed rate. The Law Offices will occasionally take matters on a contingency fee basis depending on the exact circumstances of the case.
